These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PricePilot, a Shopify application published by FORTY & FREE (IDOW), SARL registered in France (SIREN: 925 005 753), headquartered at 48 Allée de Baceda, 59830 Bachy, France.
By installing and using PricePilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the application.
PricePilot is a Shopify application that allows merchants to schedule price changes on their products with automatic activation and deactivation. The service enables scheduled price changes, automatic price activation and deactivation at configured dates and times, conflict detection to protect against unintended price overwrites, and compare-at price management to display original prices as strikethrough during promotions.
PricePilot is accessed through your Shopify admin panel. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. We rely on Shopify's authentication system and do not manage separate user accounts.
The Basic plan ($7.99/month) includes up to 5 active schedules and automatic scheduling. The Pro plan ($14.99/month) includes unlimited active schedules and automatic scheduling. Both plans include a 7-day free trial. Billing for paid plans is handled through Shopify's billing system.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by uninstalling PricePilot. Refunds are handled according to Shopify's billing policies.
Your use of PricePilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We only access the Shopify data necessary to provide the price scheduling service. We do not access customer personal data, order data, or reports.
PricePilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FORTY & FREE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. PricePilot modifies product prices and compare-at prices. While we implement conflict detection, we cannot guarantee that prices will always be restored correctly in case of external modifications. We are not responsible for any pricing errors resulting from rules you configure or from manual changes made outside the application during an active promotion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PricePilot at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
PricePilot, including its code, design, and content, is the property of FORTY & FREE. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application in connection with your Shopify store.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille, France.
