FORTY & FREE (IDOW) ("we", "us", "our") operates PricePilot. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our application.
When you install PricePilot, we access the following Shopify data through the Shopify API:
We do not collect order data, customer data, or reports. We do not collect any personal data from your customers. We do not access customer names, emails, addresses, or payment information.

We store the following data in our database: your shop domain, scheduled promotions, schedule items (product and variant IDs, original and promotional prices), and billing information. All data is stored on servers hosted by Render Services Inc.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than providing the PricePilot service.
When you uninstall PricePilot, all your data (schedules, schedule items, shop plan information, and shop information) is automatically deleted from our database.
PricePilot does not use cookies. Authentication is handled entirely by Shopify's embedded app framework.
